# Stride Tribe App Privacy Policy

Stride Tribe (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use the Stride Tribe mobile application (the “App”).

### 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use our App, we collect information to provide a better shopping and community experience:

* **Account & Purchase Information:** If you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely via Shopify and Apple Pay).
* **Device & Usage Data:** We collect information about your device, including your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV).
* **Browsing & Search History:** Through the Facebook Pixel and Shopify, we collect data on your product views, search queries, and interactions within the App.
* **Push Notifications:** If you opt-in, we collect your device's push token to send you alerts about new apparel drops, restocks, and order updates.

### 2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
* Process and fulfill your orders and handle customer support.
* **Personalization & Retargeting:** Use your browsing history, search history, and identifiers to show you personalized product recommendations and relevant advertisements on third-party platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
* Send you push notifications about exclusive drops and community updates.
* Monitor App performance and fix technical issues (e.g., networking errors).

### 3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our App integrates with third-party services to function:
* **Shopify:** Our core commerce engine for account and order management.
* **Meta (Facebook):** We use the Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to retarget users with relevant content.
* **Firebase (Google):** We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications and for technical diagnostics (crash logs).
* **Apple:** For App Store functionality, Apple Pay, and native system features.

### 4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

* **Tracking Preferences:** The App utilizes Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT). You will be asked for permission before we link your data with third-party data for advertising purposes. You can change this choice at any time in your iOS Settings under Privacy > Tracking.
* **Push Notifications:** You can opt-out of notifications at any time through your device’s system settings.
* **Account Deletion:** You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below.

### 6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have accidentally collected such information, please contact us immediately.
